Zhabto Infra successfully completed an intensive five-day training programme on the Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) from 20–24 July 2026, conducted by Mr. Gyanendra Singh from Axontrix Private Limited, a certified project management professional.

The training covered several key functional areas, including the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Quality Control, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), and Advanced Project Management (APM).

The programme equipped participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage and monitor the complete project lifecycle—from planning and implementation to performance tracking and project closure—through one integrated digital platform.

With the implementation of this system, Zhabto Infra will be able to strengthen project coordination, improve real-time monitoring, maintain better control over quality and safety, and support timely, informed decision-making. The platform's advanced features will also help streamline project-related activities and enhance accountability across departments.

Through EDMS, project documents and organizational records will be securely managed and stored on the server, enabling faster access, better document control and efficient information sharing. This initiative represents an important step towards reducing paper-based processes and creating a more seamless, efficient and paperless working environment at Zhabto Infra.
